Tenst for Mera Peak trek and Sherpani Col Pass

Trip Overview

The Mera Peak and Sherpani Col Pass Trek is one of Nepal’s most thrilling high-altitude adventures, perfect for experienced trekkers seeking solitude, panoramic mountain views, and an unforgettable challenge. This off-the-beaten-path journey ventures into the remote Hinku Valley, far from the crowded Everest Base Camp trail, and leads to the summit of Mera Peak (6,470m) – the highest trekking peak in Nepal.

The trek offers breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga, and continues over some of the Himalaya’s most demanding passes, including West Col (6,135m) and Sherpani Col (6,110m), before descending to Makalu Base Camp and exiting via the scenic Barun Valley to Tumlingtar.

This trek combines high-altitude climbing, glacier crossings, remote camping, and spectacular Himalayan scenery, making it ideal for those with prior trekking and basic mountaineering experience (ice axe and crampon use).
